In the summer of 2010 the “Chimpanzee Forest” building featured the indoor holding area for the chimps, colobus monkeys in with rock hyraxes, slender-snouted crocodiles and Coquerel’s sifakas.
Also an impressive exhibit for panamanian gold frogs, for which this zoo has a large success in breeding this very endangered species, now extinct in the wild. It is between the 2 false trees on the left.
