I am a great bird enthusiast, but I would not be too happy about going in and out of this particular aviary on a regular basis!The look in the face of this bird makes cassowaries look keeper-friendly!
Adult females can both kill and carry off adult male howler monkeys, weighing about 9 kilos. I wouldn't want to leave a toddler crawling around a bird that was feeling hungry.
