Too bad you missed some of the good exhibits at Omaha, KC, and St Louis, but you got to see Topeka when it was truly great, even before I was born. I would love to see that piece if you still have it.

Scooter Mangabey - yes you are correct, these used to hold apes. I still don't believe it myself. The original idea behind the Animals and Man building was really neat - how animals and man were similar and dissimilar and how they affected each others lives. That is a pretty cool concept in my opinion. Wish it still had that feeling.
