For once I find myself thinking that this exhibit is TOO lush, which is a rare accusation from someone such as myself. I adore green, natural-looking, modern habitats...but while at Tulsa Zoo my wife and I spent a long time searching for primates and while we glimpsed movement in the trees we only had a few decent opportunities for viewing the siamangs. The spectacled langurs were hiding from the scorching summer heat, and their island home is so densely planted that spotting an elusive monkey is at times an act in futility.
