The Washington State University Bear Center located in Pullman Washington, is the only facility in the world to house adult grizzlies for research. The bears rotate through a large multi-acre vegetated enclosure and smaller day rooms. Plans are in place to build a larger state of the art naturalistic facility with a visitor's center. The Bear Center is visible to the public free of charge.
