Mississippi Sandhill Crane

Dec 2008. Extremely rare bird.
Only White Oak and the Audubon Zoo's ACRES (Audubon Center for Rare and Endangered Species?) have Mississippi Sandhill Cranes. The majority of the chicks hatched each year are introduced into the wild population at the Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge in Mississippi.
