This is the main entrance to this very small facility. To your right is the administration office, to your left the reptile and amphibian "house". I had been meaning to visit here for the last 3 years. And since I'm currently going through some back ailments and unable to walk through larger facilities at this time, I decided the Animal Learning Center would be a good test of my physical capabilities. Located in the Sylmar area of Los Angeles, this rescue center is no more than 1-2 acres at most. The enclosures are very basic and not much to look at but they have a very dedicated and loving staff.
