Where are the fences, wire, poles, beams, walls, etc? They are invisible, including a dry moat that separates the river otters from the rocky mountain goats. There are photos on ZooChat with goats in the background while the beautiful otter exhibit is in the foreground. Brilliant design, and visitors appreciate the natural environment that has been created in the heart of downtown Seattle. Sure, it costs big bucks to replicate nature but it is worth the cost.

Looks very nice.

One thought - can you view the goats anywhere without looking over the otter enclosure?

Ah, good.

Viewing across other exhibits up to goats on an artifical mountain? Hagenbeck would be proud! :)
