Bizarre. Clearly several old exhibits knocked together, with the middle third having soft substrate and concrete at each end (one end also has a pool). There are plans for a new bear exhibit but there's nothing to say how soon this will happen.

The construction of a new enclosure for bears (currently 2,0 of Balkan origin kept) stopped few years ago, when money run out. The zoo received an promise of a grant from south bohemian council to continue, but it was put on hold temporaly and I think it could take ca 3 years to finish the new pen and move the animals out of this cage.
