Lion-Tailed Macaque Exhibit

June 2009.
Arguably the most densely planted exhibit at Woodland Park Zoo, and that is saying a lot as many of the enclosures are overrun with plants in the summertime. The lion-tailed macaques can only be seen with a high degree of patience, but on almost every visit I am rewarded with brief glimpses of the primates as they forage through their rainforest. From an animal's perspective this habitat is simply brilliant.
