The National Zoo's small-clawed otter exhibit is the best that I've ever seen, and it is much larger than the average-sized river otter display seen here. However, in Seattle the otters are very active and they have a beautifully landscaped habitat for them to live in. The combination of the goats in the background and the grizzly bear habitat to the immediate left makes for a brilliant, award-winning set-up.
