I never tire of visiting Jaguar Cove at the Woodland Park Zoo. An incredibly lush environment for the two rotating jaguars, and my only ambition here is to finally see one of the big cats in the deep pool.
This has got to be the #1 Jaguar Exhibit in North America (maybe even the world?)
Range of the Jaguar is amazing as well, but this just automatically wins do to the lush foliage, natural surroundings and brilliant viewing
I just wish that with Jaguar Cove, they would have added a bit more to there south american collection with more animals (capybara, giant anteater, giant otters, harpy eagle, more birds, any south american tapir)
The Woodland Park Zoo doesn't have a superb collection of South American animals like some other zoos, but they have more than many: Humboldt penguins in the brand-new exhibit, Chilean flamingos, jaguars, ocelots, anacondas, pudu, piranhas, golden-lion tamarins, toucans, and an assortment of reptiles and other birds.
