The exhibit is actually rather large, with numerous vantage points. Due to the immersive landscape when viewing the river otters, the goat/foxes can sometimes be seen in the background. Also, above the grizzly bears I've occasionally seen a goat on the ridge, and the entire area is quite brilliantly landscaped.
The rock ledges in the background (artificial basalt, by the way) are accessible to the goats, and there is a large grassy slope behind it that is also part of the habitat, visible as a backdrop to the otter exhibit.
The entire Northern Trail complex is undoubtably one of the world's great zoo exhibits.
