I don't know the giant river ottere xhibit at L.A, but in all other Us-Zoos with that species and I would say, Miami has done a good job with that exhibit. The landpart good be a little bit bigger, because giant river otter spend a lot of their time on land, but its okay for two animals.
The asian small clawed otter exhibit at Disney Wild Animal Kingdom could be great exhibit for giant river otters.
