This cassowary exhibit is strange, as visitors arrive at it after seeing countless moats and unobstructed viewpoints. To come across an actual metal cage in such a wide-open zoo is rather bizarre.

More important than that is, if this is a good exhibit for cassowaries, I say:No. One of the few bad exhibits at the Metrozoo.

What makes this exhibit bad?

@Zebraduiker: so you like the Miami Metrozoo? We agree! I rate it as my #6 zoo in North America, and I do think that this cassowary cage is far too tiny and open for such a jungle-loving bird.

Yes, I do, but I have no personally ranking list of my favourite zoos in the USa ( San Diego WAP, Miami,Jacksonville,Living Desert,Phoenix ,Queens Zoo are some of my favourites )And my Favourite Aquarium is Baltimore, I hope, I will get a second chance to see it.

The cassowary exhibit is really to small and to open for it, they need more hiding places and of course, a second exibit for a second cassowary.
