No, it's a Malayan Tiger but the zoo does have white tigers in this exhibit (?).

When this picture is taken in 2007 (as the Date/time in the EXIF Data indicates), then there is a very big chance that this tiger is a bengal tiger (or at least one with mostly bengal blood). If I am not mistaken, the Malayans were introduced later to Miami Zoo.

I confirm that this picture was taken in 2007 and the sign clearly stated that this exhibit was for Bengal tigers.
