Chlidonias 5 Feb 2014 when this photo came up yesterday I just saw the title and thought "there are banded rails wild in Florida now!?" and then spent several minutes trying to google how this came about (given that they wouldn't be a common privately-held species). Then I realised the photo was under Zoo Miami....
