I had never heard of Rainbow Eucalyptus before, so I googled them and they are incredible!! Everyone should Google Image them. Right now! I think the ones in your photo probably are them (although not as colourful as many examples I found on the internet).

Chlidonias 15 May 2015 nice. From what I've seen on the internet since I became aware of their existence four hours ago, I would say yes, they are Rainbow Eucalyptus.
