Is there a covering top on this exhibit? Or can the eagles not fly/feathers clipped? I know they clip the vulture wing feathers in Milwaukee so they can't fly out and escape. Just curious.

The exhibit is open-topped as the two Bald Eagles are both non-releasable birds that have suffered injuries. Also, the tall trees in the photo are all just outside of the enclosure, although the birds don't really need much more than a few branches to perch on.
