Hongmei Park Aviary - Crested Myna

Thanks, turns out I haven't seen them before. They're not that common in European collections. I like the white wing spots.
 
Changzhou is within their distribution, so you might see them wild as well.
 
I saw some today. In fact, I think they are probably roosting in my universtiy campus.
I really must order the Chinese bird field guide. I had planned to get it later, but it is very frustrating not being able to identify things.
Today I saw something with an orange back and breast, black and white wings, a black eye mask and a white chin. It looked similar to a White-crested Laughingthrush without the crest. Any ideas?

not from the description, no. My field guides for China are elsewhere so I can't even flick through them to check.
