You can see that the photo is in "China - Wildlife" section. So, evidently, it's wild. Otherwise it would be in a chinese zoo gallery or in "China - Other".
Cyanopica cyanus lives in Japan, China, Corea, Mongolia and eastern Russia. It doesn't live in Spain. In Spain and Portugal it's substituted by Cyanopica cooki
I also saw C. cyanus in captivity at Berlin Tierpark. But I only saw C. cooki once, from the window of the car, too quick to take a photo.
