Except for being a bit skinny and missing some hairs, your three coatis are all normal South American coatis. The problem is that the populations usually seen in European/North American zoos originate from the Atlantic Forest Region (east Brazil, northeast Argentina) and the Guianas. These are the dullest, most gray-brown populations. Elsewhere, South American coatis can be quite different, ranging from very dark, almost black, in West Amazonas to rich orange in southeast Amazonas and north Pantanal. There are a lot of variations, even within the same population, but in all probability your three photos involve animals that originate from West Amazonas where the two most common variants are dark (such as this photo) and dark with orange forequarters (such as on your other photo). This gallery from a resucue center in East Ecuador show two of the main variants in West Amazonas. If you get the book Neotropical Rainforest Mammals by L.H. Emmons, some of the variations are described in it. If you visit flickr.com and search for "coati" together with "Peru", "Ecuador" or "Pantanal", you get lots of photos showing how variable the species is.
