Mexican Hairless Dog

When China sent the original giant panda pair to Chapultepec zoo in the late 1970s, Mexico sent xolocuintles and baird´s tapirs to bejing zoo. It is interesting to find that both the descendents of the original xolos are still at beijing ( and i think the tapirs too) just as the descendents of the original giant pandas are still at chapultepec. Also, the painting in the background should be a representation of Mt. Popocatepetl near mexico city which is were the wild population of the volcano rabbits live.

But the manatees from Mexico were gone...... And the xolocuintles are not the desendents of those pair arrived in 1970s...... But the Baird's tapirs really breed very well !
