Hi, this is Chinese goral (Naemorhedus griseus), which can be also found in surrounding mountains of Beijing. The long-tailed goral (Naemorhedus caudatus) is restricted in northeast China and Russia and Korean, and is very rare. Don't believe the information on Wiki, only IUCN Red list gives the true information about the distribution of the four goral species.

I don't believe Arkive's photos very much, because there are mistakes in species identification sometimes. And according to "A Guide to The Mammals of China", the long-tailed goral has less black fur on its tail, less conspicuous dorsal-stripe, less contrast between the color of lower legs and body. And the throat patch of long-tailed goral is of uniform color, while the Chinese goral's is surrounded by a darker-colored border (light orange or light brown).
