Indeed, it does ... Zoos in PR of China are way more than people here seem to think they are. The Eastern World is learning fast ...! I wish we would wake up to that reality (plus assume a much more cooperative engaging role with Chinese zoos ... think rhino and ivory illegal trade and what good conservation exhibitry and education through zoos can do in P.R. China). Examples of what could / can be .... are Singapore and Taipeh et cetera ....
