I hope that this animal really is a Northern Chinese argali because they are likely extinct according to this IUCN report: http://cmsdata.iucn.org/downloads/inner_mongolia_argali_final_report.pdf

Would be realy wunderfull if they proof to be this 'extinct' subspecies ! Howmany did you see in Shanghai ( please say more that only the male on the picture ! ) ?

The male and female are in Shanghai Zoo. Anyway, I only saw one pair of animals.
