Chlidonias, the bird is very close to adult plumage. Both juvenile and immatures still retain much of the grayish brown on the wing parts. Also this particular individual already has the characteristic white fluffy neck feathers and a reddish-pink neck. Well yes, it is a Gyps bengalensis for sure.
