Definitely - but as you are probably aware, the Peel zoo (south of Perth) has undertaken the upgrade (voluntarily) of the Bali zoo and has been responsible for most of the improved living conditions of the animals and there was quite a lot of other work going on. I can only hope that the sun bears are the next priority because really, nothing else seems in urgent need of improvement. As this was my first visit I cannot compare the current situation with the zoo as it was.
