Nice to see an Emperor popping up in the background!
Would you happen to have any general photos of the enclosure?
Thanks for sharing these photos from very interesting collections.

Hi Devilfish. Sorry for the long wait. No, I don't have any overview pictures of the penguin enclosure- it was very dark in the viewing area, so it was hard to get one. I have just uploaded my other two penguin pictures, which show slightly different bits of the enclosure.

It was difficult to photograph, and actually also a bit difficult to properly see the penguins when I was there, because the windows were a bit steamed up. I think it was because the big temperature difference (in was 38 Celcius outside that day, but not quite as warm inside the aquarium building of course).

But I've been googling around a bit, and the picture in this link gives a pretty good impression of what it looks like: Penguin Land The Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium... | E.U.PADI!?!.

As you can see, it's a quite long, but not very tall enclosure. Really just like a fairly big aquarium tank with fake rocks at the back. The depth was (like in all tanks) hard to judge. But as I have said above, it seemed quite crowded with penguins.
