Zoo Negara Malaysia - Asiatic Lion exhibit

Asiatic Lion exhibit. Zoo Negara has both species of lions. This Asiatic pair was older than the African pair in the next exhibit.

I observe 2 individuals in the picture and clearly one male specimen ...., the other might be female judging glaringly at size ..., but only tail end and hind legs and body visible.

@Baldur, Do you have any more information on the current Asiatic lions.
