Small Carnivore House or an army bunker? It had the following species:

1 Jungle Cat
Malay Civet - Not seen
3 Leopard Cats
1 Masked Palm Civets
Flat-Headed Cat - Not seen
1 Small-Toothed Palm Civet
Short-Tailed Mongoose - Not seen
1 Common Palm Civet
4 Raccoons

Do these connect to outside yards, or is this all they get?

This makes the Cincinnati Zoo's cat house actually appear to be half decent.

I have very pleasant memories of the species line-up of this house - and the two paddocks on the way in with Smooth-coated Otter and Malayan Crested Porcupine (Hystrix brachyura). Unlike our Icelandic friend, I did see the Flat-headed Cat (though they didn't have the Short-tailed Mongoose when I was there).

All it really needs is more light and some plants in the exhibits - these are only small animals (certainly nothing as large as some of the inhabitants in Cincinnati - that Snow Leopard exhibit shot on here is freaky). The exhibits aren't huge, but I don't think they're inadequate if they were furnished a bit better.

Sadly, what you see is what you get, they do not have outdoor access. But the cages are of all right size and it would not be too much trouble to make them more naturalistic.

this house appears to no longer exist. I think it has been destroyed to make way for one of the new exhibits currently being constructed (probably the giant panda house). Of the species listed above by Baldur, the only ones still at the zoo are common raccoons on show; and common palm civet, masked palm civet and leopard cat, all off show.

No this exhibit definitely no longer exists. I visited the zoo on the 10th of April this year and didn't see this. The animals listed are in different, more natural enclosures now.
