or golden jackal? I assume dhole but it looks weird. I cannot find any photos (in a quick search) of golden jackals which are actually golden though, they are all grizzled.

I have a feeling this is actually a Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes) as the face does not look quite robust enough, nor the coloration vivid enough, for it to be a Dhole. It could, of course, be a gracile Dhole.
it does look very foxy. But there were two in the enclosure and they were both larger than a golden jackal in the same enclosure. Hence my thinking dhole. But it just does not look right.
Indeed - and just to confuse matters, the various non-Indian subspecies of Dhole look pretty much like bulky Red Fox at the best of times. The Indian ssp looks pretty unmistakeable.
I cannot find any images of the Dhole subspecies native to Burma (C.a. infuscus), nor descriptions of the species, so I do not know whether it looks more like the Indian, or the Chinese strains.
The ears are too pointed and slender. Dhole ears are broader and more rounded. The facial features are like that of a fox, so it could be some kind of hybrid.
What about a jackal/fox hybrid? It looks far too fox-like to not carry the red fox genes and I'm inclined to agree with FBBird that dholes must surely be too isolated genetically to interbreed with vulpes or canis!
