Wow, great picture of a great bird !!!! I thought only the Philippine Eagle Foundation at Davao City kept and bred the species but obviously I´m wrong.
Howmany ´monkey eagles´ do they have at Ninoy and did they maybe even bred them ? And the enclosure, is it a good and large one ?

A great bird I agree, but not a great picture. There were very terrible conditions - a storm. Fortunatety, I was lucky to take at least a few pictures of this only Philippine Eagle in Metro Manila area and probably the only bird outside Davao. They keep this eagle in a large enclosure for education purposes.
