There are more and more of these "dino digs" popping up in zoos, and just in the U.S. there are a handful of them already. The next big thing in zoos? Perhaps meerkat exhibits, giraffe feeding platforms, stingray touch tanks and now dinosaur digs are all common trends that will continue in the future.
Well, with 'pseudo zoos' like Disney's Animal Kingdom and Busch Gardens doing fairly well, 'regular' zoos are trying to jump onto the bandwagon of providing more than just animal exhibits.
And with the animal exhibits, more are becoming interactive these days with feeding sessions and walk-in displays.
