Rain Quail [Coturnix coromandelica] male

These used to be imported in large numbers in the 60s & early 70s, mainly cocks. Later on there was a small captive stock which should have been self sustaining. I suspect there are still some in private collections, although they have largely been replaced by Harlequin Quail [C. delagourgei].
Can anyone who is more up-to-date with trends in Galliform aviculture enlighten us here?
 
Could this be a Rain Quail? I don't have a guidebook for quails so I can't say for sure. The picture was taken at Plzen Zoo (off show).
