This was in the Lory aviary but there was no ID signage for it. It's quite a big bird, significantly bigger than the rest of the Lorys.

Seems a female of Eclectus parrot...(Eclectus roratus)
 
That would make sense as I saw a male Eclectus there but what's with the black ruff around its neck?
 
It´s a female Eclectus for sure and the black ruff are the feathers which grow back when a bird plucked itself ( or another bird did it ). Common in lonely kept social dissordered parrots !
 
She has surely plucked herself. No feathers are gone on the head. Another bird would probably had plucked the feathers on the head first.
