For the most part yes. There will be signs next to the brooders or cages with the species and their hatch dates.
When I was there last month most of the chicks were rescued natives like pink-necked pigeons, orioles and scops owls. And there was a King BoP fledgling too.

There was also a Rupell's parrot and masked lapwing in the incubators, and a common crowned pigeon, bamboo partridge, 3 golden conures and a Moluccan cockatoo in the weaning aviaries.
