Besides the manatees and giant otters, the Amazon Flooded Forest building also contains several small tanks for fish, including this one for Electric Eel. This tank is far too small for its inhabitant though.

...and bare!! The piranha tank is similarly empty of much in the way of decor (plants etc). Are all the tanks in here like this? It's a bit disappointing, but at the same time the whole place is brand new so there is some leeway to be given I suppose.
