Babirusa from Indonesia. By that time it was so dark that all my photos were bad except this one. As photography is almost 50 percent of zoo visiting for me, it is annoying not to have more photos from a zoo of such high quality. I will be sure to study how to take photos in nocturnal houses and in the dark before my next visit to Singapore.

Those who have been to Singapore Night Safari and experienced the same, as well as those experienced with taking photos in zoo nocturnal houses, are welcome to send a PM with some hints and suggestions.

I recommend you go up ISO to 1600-3200 for nocturnal photos and also go down the shutter speed.Or use a tripod

Thanks Keeper for this advise, I have had the tripod advise before, I might try it but only one I can minimize so it fits the backpack. I will for sure look into the ISO before my next visit.
