It is indeed a splendid one; good viewing even if it is not so small. I would though rather like to see Bengal or Indochinese Tigers in it than these whites.
At one point a few years back, the Zoo was toying with the idea of splitting the enclosure and showcasing orange tigers next to the whites. But it never materialised, probably due to cost and space issues.
