Any idea if they still have two? I only saw when when I was there a couple of weeks ago.
 
Which enclosure is it in? I saw no signage for it at all on my visit. Bit disappointed about that.

It's right next to the giraffe. You can look down into the enclosure from the 'bridge' where the giraffe are hand fed. It's such a shame they won't be keeping them, they are superb looking animals.
 
The gnu moved in with the zebras recently. Previously the pair were housed with the nyalas.

Its a shame indeed. Many awesome ungulates have been phased out in the last decade - nilgai, blackbuck, blesbok, bontebok, kudu, nile lechwe... and soon the white tailed gnu.

Grrrr. I did see this species in Europe, but I'm still miffed to have missed it in Singapore.

When did the pair become one? Would they have been with the nyala or zebra in early Dec 2011? If you tell me they were off-display at that time I would probably be happier. Or that might drag up the Pangolin nightmare...
