I don't know why Taipei Zoo don't appear as ISIS.. being the most important zoo of Taiwan. The Formosan Serow is endemic to Taiwan and in ISIS don't appear!!!! No formosan serows in any zoo of the world.

Taipei Zoo has a lot of them, tehy are very common in Taiwan, and nothing special. The Zoo got the giant pandas in exchange for some formosan serows, so Taipei made one of its best deals in its history.
I am supprised that no Formosan serows have never made it to European zoos but other Taiwanese fauna have eg. Taiwanese rock macaque, By the way I heard that Formosan serow are a very elusive caprid
