New hippo exhibt under construct(2014/3/28)

Thanks for this photo itsallfaction. Looks like they are extending the exhibit, is the current exhibit in the front left corner? With the pygmy hippo exhibit above it?

Yes , the current exhibit is in front left corner , but the pygmy hippos exhibit above it had been deprecated for a long time(about 1 y)

Pygmy hippos(Mom and daughter) and new hippo calf's family are now exhibit at Asia Rainforest Area .

The new hippo exhibit will be about 2 times large ,and equip under water view area just like San Diego.
