A heavy crop obviously -- they were at that sort of distance where you could watch them comfortably through binoculars but not get good photos!

This is very cool. I didn't realize that gorals were tropical animals. I always assumed that they were highland mountain animals like their mountain goat and takin cousins.
 
Doi Inthanon is the highest mountain in Thailand. These gorals are in subalpine meadows up around 2500 metres or so.
