I believe that the wall is very low, I believe that they could have been stolen or are going to be in the near future, I would implement more security for the meerkat

I think the height of the wall is ok. I've seen lower, and curving in at the top makes it difficult for them to escape. There is also a moat surrounding the enclosure so people can't really get close enough to reach into the enclosure. (+ the barriers on the path).

then its not that bad!
