photo taken through the glass viewing window. The exhibit is an indoor one, and I believe it is probably air-conditioned. You cannot see the panda in this photo because he is asleep in the upper reaches of the enclosure (which is viewable from two levels).

When I went there last year, it was hard to spot the red pandas because the opening at the exhibit is just so small! :(

Red panda's are no longer present at the zoo. At least I didn't see any nor did I see an enclosure for them.

the red panda enclosure now houses another group of red-shanked douc langurs (currently making seven enclosures for doucs at the zoo).

Given the choice, I know which species I'd much prefer to see!

(And no, it is not the small carnivore for once ;))
