a small pretty nasty cage for a giant squirrel where it had not nearly enough room (it is smaller than it appears to be in this photo -- think of a Siberian tiger in a single-car garage and that's about the equivalent amount of space). Annoyingly this was in the Childrens Zoo -- I never understand why animals may be housed well in the rest of the zoo, but in any area specifically for children to learn and appreciate animals, they are stuck in small and often unacceptable cages. It is really weird.
