Labelled simply as \'Peregrine\'; the rufous chest suggests peregrinator but it\'s hard to make out the black mask of a Peregrine so if anyone has any alternative suggestions let me know! Might just be the untidy feathers but it doesn\'t look right somehow.
Looks possible. I'm pretty sure it's a Honey Buzzard of sorts - the head has their rather unraptorial jizz, that always puts me in mind of a Woodpigeon...
I've always thought the head looks Woodpigeon-like, especially in overhead flight; appears in flight to have a longer neck than your average raptor. The apparent feathered lores on this bird more or less clinch it as Pernis sp.
