I was thinking it had to be a callicebus, I also thpught of a Pithecia, but it was discarted because he didnt look like any pithecia species.

There is in fact seven species of titi monkey currently in occurring in Colombia.

The coppery titi monkey Callicebus cupreus, the ornate titi monkey (C. ornatus) in the sub-genus cupreus. To make matters more complex there is second sub-genus torquatus with 4 candidate species: black titi monkey (Callicebus lugens), collared titi monkey (Callicebus torquatus), Colombian black-handed titi monkey (Callicebus medemi) and the Lucifer titi monkey (Callicebus lucifer).

In 2010 another new very rare species was discovered called Caqueta titi monkey (Callicebus caquetensis). Link: Caquetá titi monkey videos, photos and facts - Callicebus caquetensis - ARKive. To re-assure you it is clearly not the latter!!!

Here is a species ID kit for some:
ornate titi: Ornate titi monkey photo - Callicebus ornatus - G43930 - ARKive
Lucifer titi: Yellow-handed titi monkey photo - Callicebus lucifer - G99056 - ARKive

The more authoritative account is this one:
Species New to Science: [Mammalogy • 2002] A taxonomic review of the titi monkeys, genus Callicebus Thomas, 1903 (Primates, Cebidae)

For what it is worth, I tend to think it is the black titi Callicebus lugens ...

Thank you for the information, but I would rather go with the Callicebus lucifer...
note that the indivudual has the white patch in the throat, just as the lucifer ones.
