Having seen the near-total lack of wildlife pictures from Costa Rica, I decided to upload some of my own.
Along the crocodile tour, we were shadowed by both these egrets and yellow-headed caracaras looking for scraps of meat missed by the giant crocodiles.
This egret had just swallowed a lump of chicken, hence the throat bulge.
